Margaret Green Animal Rescue
Every year Margaret Green Animal Rescue cares for and re-homes over 1,200 animals, many of which have been abandoned, unwanted and ill-treated. The charity receives no government funding and relies heavily on the support of the public to continue to carry out their work. Every penny of every pound donated to Margaret Green goes towards animal welfare.
Lewis Manning Hospice
Lewis-Manning Hospice is a charity in Poole that offers free specialist palliative nursing care to around 650 local people a year living with cancer and other life-limiting illnesses. The hospice promotes acceptance, hope and peace of mind in a safe and calming environment, helping people live well through their illness and beyond.

Macmillan Caring Locally is a Trust operating from offices in the Macmillan Unit, which provides funding to enhance this care, and to provide an attractive, homely environment for patients and their families and visitors.
Forest Holme Hospice
Forest Holme Hospice raises money to enhance the quality of life for patients with cancer and other life-limiting illnesses. The charity has to raise £500,000 of voluntary donations each year to ensure that Forest Holme Hospice continues to be a centre of excellence for specialist end of life care in Poole, Wimborne and the Purbecks.

Leaf - Leukaemia Educating and Fundraising
Leaf was founded in 2006 by Natasha Jones after being diagnosed with leukaemia just three weeks after her second son was born. Natasha was determined to bring something positive out of her own experience by helping others that have been diagnosed with this disease. Leaf provides personal and individual support to blood cancer patients and their families across Dorset and Hampshire.
Based in the centre of Poole, Dorset, Chestnut Nursery provides voluntary work for adults with severe and enduring mental illness. The project aims to improve mental well being through the healing nature of horticulture.
Orbis operates the Flying Eye Hospital (FEH), a fully equipped mobile teaching hospital. On the outside, the plane is like most other aircraft. Inside, it's like no other - it hosts an ophthalmic hospital and teaching facility right on board.
Julia’s House is the only children’s hospice charity in Dorset dedicated to helping life-limited children and their families across the county and in South Wiltshire. They offer regular respite sessions at their hospice in Corfe Mullen, Dorset, and in the family’s own home. They also run events for siblings and mums and dads.
Dorset Advocacy works to provide relief for people living in Dorset with a learning, physical or mental disability, and those suffering frailty through age, to assist them to protect their rights and gain equality of opportunity.

Poole Sea Cadets was established nearly 80 years ago. Their exciting adventure activities aim to develop social skills and responsibility in young people, and re-connect them with their maritime heritage. They want to help young people build confidence in their own abilities as they learn to work as part of a team.
Coda Music Trust
Coda Music Trust uses music as a tool for personal and social change. They love music and believe in its power to transform lives. The centre provides a place to learn, train and develop, and offers help and support through participation and therapy.
Southampton Women’s Aid
Southampton Women’s Aid is run by dedicated and passionate staff and volunteers to help women, children and young people who are affected by domestic abuse in the Southampton area. Their aim is to provide support and information to those affected by domestic abuse and to raise public awareness of this issue within the community.
Prama Care’s aim is to help older people and vulnerable adults to enjoy their independence while staying where they feel happiest, at home. They provide everyone with an individual programme of care. This can include help with personal care, domestic support or even help in visiting one of their "pop in" clubs where their clients can meet, chat and mix with their home community.
The Endangered Asian Species Trust (EAST) is a UK charity, established by Monkey World-Ape Rescue Centre in the UK, and the Pintung Rescue Centre in Taiwan. Their mission is to help conserve Asia’s endangered wildlife by tackling illegal wildlife trade, engaging communities through conservation education, and awareness and encouraging responsible tourism.
