The device enables retailers to transform their iPhone into a dynamic POS solution, streamlining the mobile purchasing experience.
With 27 years’ experience of manufacturing and developing POS solutions, Datecs currently works with company partners across 94 countries and six continents. The Datecs team has recently returned from the 2017 EuroShop Retail Trade Fair in Düsseldorf, which hosted 113,000 visitors and 2,368 exhibitors from 61 nations. A Datecs’ representative modestly described the event as: “an excellent business opportunity”.
Billed as Europe’s biggest, best and fastest growing annual event for retail and hospitality, the Retail Business Technology Expo and its two co-located shows attracted an impressive 15,452 visitors in 2016. This year’s visitor attendance is predicted to top the 17,000 mark.
As one of 650+ exhibitors at this year’s RBTE and its two co-located shows, Retail Design Expo and Retail Digital Signage Expo, Datecs have chosen to optimise their brand visibility with a Prestige Events System exhibition stand from Poole-based events specialists, Quadrant2Design. Visitors to Datecs’ exhibition stand (number 336) will discover a range of powerful POS solutions designed to simplify and streamline the mobile retail experience.
In 2017, the ‘mobile first’ revolution is upon us. Consumers now demand convenience at every interaction. For retailers to remain competitive, it is essential that they embrace the many benefits mobile payment technology can deliver.
